Baisakhi Day Celebration

Festivals bring about time of joy and happiness. Baisakhi is an important harvest festival which is celebrated throughout Punjab and has some religious value as well. Keeping in mind the great importance of this festival, students of Neev celebrated this day with great enthusiasm. A special assembly was held in order to mark this occasion. The importance of the day was shared by teachers in their speeches and various activities were done in class. Preschool and preprimary students made cards with finger printing. Classes I and II students drew Turban and kalgi and students of classes III and IV made drawing of the festival and wrote essays on it. School in charge Mrs. Deepika Sharma extended her good wishes to the students and staff on the festival and encouraged everyone to respect all the festivals.
